We went to a carnival with Mary and Emily at Mary's school and Hailey wanted to be "Beauty" or Sleeping Beauty. They had fun playing games and getting prizes there.
Wendy bought Hailey a Cookie Monster costume, which she wore to Boo at the Zoo. We had no idea it was such a busy event. Hailey liked it of course, but didn't love the scary costumes.
The thing she really wanted to dress up as was Belle! So that is what she wore on Halloween to our ward Trunk-or-Treat and Trick-or-Treating. At the Trunk-or-Treat, Hailey won the cake walk and picked out a pumpkin looking cake. After we ate our dinner of soup in a bread bowl, we took her to Wendy's neighborhood to go Trick-or-Treating with Sydney. The 3 of us went around for about an hour and the girls had fun. Hailey got decent at saying "Trick-or-Treat" to where you could almost hear it and didn't look too concerned after a few houses.
She got lots of candy and enjoyed a good month supply of it!
